"I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. "The restaurant staff and bar staff fantastic. Customer service front desk was not very helpful. There was police there behind one of the cabin rentals. Looked like drug bust or something."

"This was a basic room. There was a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room faced the street and afternoon sun. Other cabins were behind ours and in a semi-circle that were not as exposed to street activity, but we had a dog room. We needed to request an extra set of towels as there were 2 of us and only 1 set of towels. The bar people were also the hotel staff, so they were doing two jobs. The price was high compared to other hotels."

"I loved staying at hotel 43! The staff were super nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient and I was here as a solo traveler and loved the complimentary muffins and coffee in the morning, as well as the complimentary bike rental. I was able to go for a nice long bike ride along the Greenbelt for free. I locked the bike using the bike lock they gave me and it didn’t unlock.
