"The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "I was very disappointed to find out the pool and hot tub were closed and there was NO breakfast. Coffee only. The place was very clean and the staff was amazing. I would stay here again, but only when the contruction is done. "
