"Great stay"

"Not a great choice - room was dirty and had to wait for another room , waited until 6pm ?! Over crowded and also full of children, felt more like a nursery /kids drop off than a hotel. Also car park full and overall staff were not friendly and didn’t really seem to care either "

"Very comfortable stay. It’s 15 to 25 minutes drive from city centre but I would recommend taking the bus which picks up at property entrance. Good breakfast and parking. "

"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again"

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"We were refused service at the restaurant, when we told staff we were willing to wait they said no point you probably won’t get a table. Then we asked if we could eat in our room and they said no. Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance."

"Ideally located next to the station and within a few minutes walk to the shops and city centre. We stayed here while going to a gig at the arena and it was about a 15 minute walk to there. Didn’t really spend that much time in the room/hotel as we dropped our bags and headed out and then got back late, but the room had everything you’d need including nice toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, a little fridge, iron and hairdryer. Even though we weren’t there that long, we did notice...

"Great location for walking to the city centre and First Direct Arena. We managed to park in one of the 6 car spaces adjacent to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was as expected from seeing the photos online meaning we were very pleased with them both. The hotel bar was a lovely, quiet and well stocked for a night cap. We didn’t eat there as there were plenty of places to choose from within a very short walk. "

"Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp "

"Beautiful room, amenities and excellent customer service by hotel staff! We had an early flight the morning we had to leave and they kindly prepared us a breakfast to-go that we took on our way to the airport. It was delicious and very much appreciated. "
