Great for the price!

Well worth the money i paid for three nights by booking online! House cleaning could have been better by having more towels. We asked for more towels and was told rudly to wait because they needed to wash the towels. No big deal just could have a friendlier attitude. Cleanest outdoor pool i have seen for a hotel. Over all stay was worth the money! Will stay again!

Three dollar transaction fee for the $50 deposit. Heating and AC unit didn't work properly, kept cycling on repeatedly with no downtime. Room didn't have blow dryer even though description said it did. Front desk personnel was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was subpar, with only a couple of mini donuts and three mini cupcakes available, even though we were one of the first ones there.

My night at America’s Best Value

The room was very nice and clean. There was everything you need for a nice stay. There was a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, there is also hand soap and lotion hanging on the wall and in the shower, there was bodywash & conditioning shampoo. The only thing I didn’t like was having to put up $50 deposit till they check the room. But other then that it was nice and I plan to return.

People were very nice but the hotel room was nasty I had to clean before I could even put my stuff down on the table it was dog hair everywhere stains on the walls the phone didn't work the remote was being held together with clear tape the plumbing under the sink was leaking water on the floor held together by electrical tape The sink had buildup of nastiness in the corners the floor didn't look like it was swept or mop The sheets had stains on them we had to go get our own pillows and sheets and clean the room up

I booked this stay since I’m traveling with a 14 mo and the website and reservation said they had a crib. I get checked in and have to pay a $50 deposit for the room and then get to the room and find no crib. Front desk say they no longer have the cribs either. Wasted over $100 and risk my child bc now my 14mo had to sleep with me

One side of the bed where there were 2 lights didnt work and one of the blankets had holes in it like a dog chewed it up and the tv was blue but you could still see what was playing on it. But other than that, no complaints.

Needs work but comfy

I was very happy with our stay, we own our business and I can't be overly picky our outright rude with businesses today. I can, but why I feel just honest truthful review and not putting them down helps more. It's hard to find an employee today that really cares about thier job and does it right and reports broken items or things that need fixed. Our room was clean the area quiet and comfortable, people were quiet, plenty of space in room. If I had to say anything was wrong the knobs on ac were broke and turned backwards but I figured it out. The vents on a were dirty I just cleaned them. Bathtub drained really slow but did drain all the way eventually, body wash and shampoo werw both empty but they still provided soaps and I always bring my own other. With me yes I would want employee to have done these things or maintenance man, or inspection of room better. But overall I was fine and had a quiet comfy stay.

Room had trash from previous tenant Toilet did not flush Inadequate lighting Had to collect fresh towels from office No maid service at all The swimming pool was not open to customers at all and in fact was closed Had to pay for laundry service Room had awful smell Sheets were not changed at all during my 3 day stay Lamps did not work and had no light bulbs Management was rude and unprofessional He did not like to help and would make stuff up as he went There was no maid service all 3 days

The night staff were super nice (shout out to Donna!), the hotel property seemed clean and relatively modern, the room itself was clean with a nice bed. The only issue is our room had issues with the toilet not flushing completely, but otherwise a fine hotel experience for the cost.

Ac unit made clunking noises and was generally loud. Pool was nice. Room was not updated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was limited to cereal, toast, some apples and bananas, small donuts, coffee, and juice. ..still better than nothing.

It was not a good time

I booked my stay and paid for my room using hotel.com and did not expect to have to pay more money for a deposit when I got to the physical location. I did not have any more money and tried to charge it to my credit card and it was declined. So I lost all my money for the room that I paid in full earlier that day and had no place to sleep and feel like I was scammed.

Horrible not worth the money I paid!

It was pretty bad had to go through 3 different rooms and the third finally being the most clean out of them still not very clean at all. The first room had roaches all on the bathroom sink had to change the second room wasn’t even cleaned at all bed still not even made. The third room the floor and bathroom looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I had to clean the toilet down before we could use it we did not shower because of how bad the shower looked. We also didn’t bring any belongings into the building.
