"Loved the hotel other than the musty carpet smell from being so old. It is downtown, so plan to be awake till 3 am at least due to the noise. Sketchy homeless people everywhere that poop 💩 in the middle of sidewalk, but city is good to clean streets often and look really nice. Location is perfect! Garage is close, but has several entrances so if you park in wrong place you get charged over rated price. Parking fees are insane. I love Tennessee."

"This hotel had a lot of character, it’s unique because of the historic features throughout. Tons of locations to take beautiful photos . Staff were very welcoming and accommodated our needs well. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would gladly choose The Horton Grand Gaslamp Quarter again!"

"I like the room with the kitchen. However the sink is not draining well. Staff was very helpful and they switched us to a better room. No parking at the hotel so we had to park in the parking garage down couple blocks away."

"This property is in a great area of San Diego/Gadlamp. Great for families or if you are traveling as a couple and/or alone. Young adults would have a ball with so many bars and music going on in the area. The pool bar / 5 o'clock Somewhere is a hit. Brett and Travis are great and it was a lit of fun. "Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again."

"Look no further. This is the place to book. This hotel is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, bars. It's clean and staff was so helpful and pleasant. This trip was a girls trip so safety was important. We felt safe in and around the hotel. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel.
