"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. Last September I ruptured my Achilles Tendon, this is still causing problems and the young lady on Reception - who also had a problem with a broken arm - was extremely helpful and we had a discussion with regards to how life is very difficult with limbs that are damaged! Lovely room - although the shape led to an odd small window and a large wall that gave the impression a window had been removed! We had a lovely time...

"The only problem was that my wife and I are in our Seventies year young, and during the cold spell early March, the room heater did not come on until 18.00pm. We were cold . We did not complain to reception because we know that the heating was timed set to come on."

"Had a nice night. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was really nice, i had veggie cooked breakfast. Extremely good value. The staff were great, polite and helpful. I would recommend The Belmont if staying in Leicester. It has parking included free and within walking didtance of the University and O2 Academy if you intend going to a concert there or nearby. I would certainly stay there again. "I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides.
