"The updated signs will be helpful when they are finished to know where things are, but the staff was super polite and helpful. Our family room was very nice and clean and easy to get to with parking right by the room. Our only negative experience was out of the property control with the neighboring room being extremely loud getting in at 1 a.m. We are still giving 5 stars because the property was nice, away from the hustle, but still convenient to everything. "

"Enjoyed the upgrade (paid) to the 2 bedroom. Beautiful view of the slopes from the floor leveled outdoor terrace. Great location to the arcade and indoor waterpark. Unfortunately, our fire place didn’t work. Called, but nobody came. Went snow tubing during the evening. Picked a great time, less crowds. It became crowded shortly after. 2nd day (Saturday) was spent at the indoor waterpark. Very crowded!! Suggest getting there before 10:30 am to find a table / chairs or book a cabana. There was...

"The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers.
