"Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza. Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera.... ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL. Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder...

"We loved this hotel. There were a total of 6 rooms available. It was like the entire complex was our own little oasis. Breakfast was included daily during our stay and it was delicious. The rooms were not huge but the decor and architectural design was beautifully done. There were so many picturesque areas on the property and the rooftop was amazing. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was right in the heart of Antigua and close to the square. We enjoyed our stay."
