"Another good stay. The front desk folks are great. The kitchen staff is fantastic; everything is always clean. The only minor issue - which we did not report - is that AC was unable to cool the room sufficiently. We set the temperature to 70 degrees at 10pm, and it stayed at 74 all night, finally reaching 73 when we woke up at 7am. It wasn't the worst thing in the world, but it wasn't very comfortable while sleeping."

"They told me valet parking came with my room and that they had to park me in the garage since I was staying there when really you can self park and save yourself $65"

"I really liked this hotel. The establishment appeared impeccable, neat and clean. The staff was exceptional, gracefully taking care of customers who were displaced from an Embassy Suite hotel due to a/c power outage and simultaneously checking in their own customers expeditiously. This was a very short stay that wished was longer. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here."

"The staff was incredible! Parking is a bit pricey and the garage is confusing but understandable for the area. Maybe try putting automatic air refresher in the halls, it smelled like mouth balls aka old people. And try also changing the lighting in the hallway and in the actual rooms. Update the hotel."
