"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "The room was amazing. The restaurant absolute value for money and the food out of this world. We ate at the restaurant both nights of our stay. We were look after by Shantell, lovely young lady who was outstanding. second time of staying here. will defiantly be going back. "

Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!"

"Hotel in great location for exploring Brighton. Hotel staff very helpful & friendly. Room was very well equipped & spacious & very clean. Only downside is there is no parking at the premises so had to pay £40 per 24hrs for parking. Bear that in mind when booking"
