"Excellent service and a pleasant stay."

"The entire hotel, from reception to the room, represented the “hygge” vibe of Copenhagen. The children play area/ game room was perfect to pass time as we waited for check-in and catered to children and teens. The pool and sauna were calm and relaxing. Just as beautiful as pictured on the website. The Sushi restaurant on the rooftop allowed for a beautiful view. The food, delicious. Breakfast had many options and fresh food. "Great place to stay."

"Rooms are small but functional for two people. Combined toilet-sink-shower was cramped and it seems impossible to not have water run into the room floor. Also challenging to keep towels dry when they are only replaced every 4 days. Outdoor temp was cool but the room was always warm. Oscillating fan helped. Big open window helped. The heavy duvet was not useful. Thinner options for summer would be great. BUT. Big window also let in lots of outdoor sounds including late night noisy sex...

"Great breakfast, clean rooms all good. Only minor gripe was inconsistency in cleaning rooms which has to be requested by 11pm the evening before. Some rooms, were cleaned with no request. And no cleaning literally means rooms not checked at all, eg tea not replenished or towels changed. Overall did not detract from stay"
