"It was a very bad experience. The staff was not helpful at all. There was no shampoo in the bathroom when we arrived, and even after asking twice for it to be refilled, no one seemed to care. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We requested two extra pillows and only received them after two days. I also asked for our room to be cleaned. The hotel policy states that rooms are cleaned every other day, but even after requesting service, our room was not cleaned for two days. When I called the reception desk to complain, the staff member was rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing experience."

"The place is so big that it is hard to navigate. There are maps in various locations, but it would be nice if they were clearer to understand. Disappointed that when we took a shower the hot water ran out."

"Room smelled like smoke, looks like it has never been cleaned, stuff all over the doors, fridge and walls, holes everywhere, furniture was all nasty like it came from a dumpster. Sleep in your car it would be better. Shower tub was not cleaned and the door barley shut."
