"We didn’t stay for breakfast. The room heater was very noisy and sounded as though it was going to quit. Also, there was only 1 luggage carrier available for the entire place. "

"Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner"

"Our first room smelled funky and there was a tampon wrapper on the couch but after we told the front desk, they gave us a much better room so that was good. I used the gym which was good but the breakfast would've been better if it wasn't cold. I'm not sure if all the chain hotels are similar in the area because it's a college town but we won't book here again if we are even here again. "

"It's under construction, which I knew prior to booking...BUT you walk in and the most beautiful aroma wafting through, the cleanliness of lobby, being greeted be the staff and she was so very nice. Our room was amazing, on 3rd floor, very quiet. Beds were so comfy, we slept from 9 to 830. No aches and pains, all sleep. Did I mention Zero? The hair and ody products...omgosh! Yes, amazon dun got my order! Loved it!!! Breakfast was also above the bar. Coffee not weak. Just an amazing experience...

"The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. "

"The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was okay, but the heat was off when I got there in 17 degree weather, and took a while to warm up. The door only had the deadbolt and no other locks, so I didn't feel completely secure. Also, the floor around the bathroom was sunken in underneath the linoleum and felt like it would collapse eventually. "
