"Mi experiencia en el hotel Hotel San Miguel Regla fue bastante decepcionante. Reservé dos noches pero terminé quedándome solo una. Entiendo que es un hotel rústico, pero la alberca estaba completamente verde y la televisión no funcionaba. El sábado a las 7:00 am encendieron una bomba muy ruidosa para limpiar la alberca, lo que arruinó el descanso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del staff: al comentar que me iría antes y explicar los problemas, la respuesta fue simplemente “ah, bueno”, sin interés alguno en mejorar la experiencia. La comida no es mala, pero el servicio es muy lento. Recomiendo mejor desayunar en Casa Colibrí, que está cerca y es mucho mejor. No lo recomendaría para un fin de semana de descanso."

"Our room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. The included breakfast was also delicious, did not get a chance to try their lunch or dinner menus but if it’s anything like the breakfast I recommend. The only complaint I have is that I wish the rooms included a fan as it did get fairly warm despite leaving the window open during the night. Other than that a very lovely and relaxing stay in the center of Huasca. "

You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. We leave early morning due to not be able to take a shower we only had a 2 seconds warm water and then cold water. Wifi don't work eather. Ower doesn't want to refund. Stress night. I booked be couse the page offers spa and food , but doesn't specify that is no one to take care of you at the place. "
