"Extensive renovations are underway, but our room was a good size, clean, with new furnishings. The elevators and some other spots were clearly in process, but everything worked well and I expect 5 stars once it’s all complete. Great location for theater! "

"Staffs were very very kind. Room condition was okay. Little bit old but clean. Better than I expected. Laundry was free. Purified water is provided. Location was perfect and they kept luggage too. Everything was satisfactory."

"The hotel room had a stunning view, the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We had a dog with us and they immediately welcomed her with a treat. The bed was very comfortable with the most comfortable pillows I’ve had in years since my spinal surgery!! I will definitely be back!"

"Very conveniently located, just 5 mins walk from Grand central station, 15 mins from times square, etc., yet no noise issues during the night to disturb sleep. Facilities are quite clean, and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge offers great views and a nice place to relax."
