"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia

"Great location, just steps from the Empire State Building and only a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop area is a real highlight – the perfect spot to take in the city lights at night, with an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building right in front of you.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Facilities were excellent and everything was well looked after. Honestly, can’t fault the place – would definitely recommend it to...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
