"The hotel is an older hotel. When you shower and someone else is using water your shower goes from hot to cold."

"SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower."

"The Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort is hands down the best stay our family has had in a long time. This is a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean. There are numerous restaurants and dining options too. It’s located almost centrally and is close to many island attractions. For a Mom who wakes up early, I was able to head down...

"All good, good service. I would love another restaurant option inside the resort, since this area of the island doesn’t offer too much options. They only have one restaurant by the pool, would be very nice to have another option and maybe the closing time be a little bit more late. Everything in the island closes at 9pm, I would love that the resort your staying offer you the option to have food available until 10pm for example. Other than that the resort is beautiful!"

"We had the absolute best stay at the Koa Kea. We loved how the resort is on the smaller side, and you can easily walk out of your room and to the pool, beach, or to some nearby businesses (little fish, puka dog, surf shop..). The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. I also loved being greeted with real leis, chocolate for our honeymoon, and wine in the room when we arrived! The pool bar had some yummy food, and good drinks. The sunrise yoga was fantastic as well. We stayed here...
