"This is a hard one. Could have been a 4 or 5 star except for a couple of important details. The water for the shower never got hot, but was neutral enough for a quick shower. The main issue was arranging for transport to the airport for an early flight. We tried to arrange it with the front desk from the moment we arrived. Finally, they said that there would be someone at the desk at 5am to arrange a fixed price taxi. We came down a few minutes before 5am and waited. No one there. Went back up...

"New and clean. The room is small, but perfectly adequate for a single occupant. It had all the necessary facilities, so I felt completely at ease during my stay. It took quite a while for the shower to come up to a warm temperature, but that was a minor issue. The breakfast was delicious too."

"A hotel with a distinct Sri Lankan atmosphere. The rooms are functional. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the outside. The cleaning service leaves something to be desired; there are strands of hair on the floor. The washroom is rather dark, but the bathroom facilities work well. Breakfast is a bit of a let-down—there are absolutely no vegetables. The biggest mystery about this hotel is that, although the room numbers are in the 300s, the rooms are actually on the fourth floor!"

"The only positive thing about this place was the airport pick-up and drop-off service. Other than that, the experience was not worth the money. The room had an unpleasant smell, and even basic necessities like body soap were not provided.
Although breakfast was included, the quality was very disappointing, and we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The listing advertised a buffet breakfast, but offering only three or four basic items, such as bread and jam, can hardly be considered a...

"As of November 2026, this hotel is still under construction, and as many facilities—such as the swimming pool and the restaurant on the upper floors—are unavailable (which is a major issue in itself), it is difficult to assess it. Of course, compared to other hotels in Hulhumale, this one is luxurious and superb. However, given the extremely high room rates, there appears to be room for further improvement. For instance, whilst it is inevitable that the surrounding view consists entirely of a...

"This hotel was a major disappointment. It is rated as 3 star and should be down graded to a 2 star. The room was not clean nor was the hotel well maintained. The floor of my room was vinyl and many places the vinyl was broken and just covered by tape. The level of breakfast was not a 3 star, but only a 2 star."

"Staff at this hotel was really friendly and very much on top of things. Organization of airport transfer was clear, smooth and easy. The room was spotless clean. Everything looked brand new, the bathroom was very nice. These areas definitely deserve 5 stars.
Giving 4 stars in total because the room window faced a wall very close, and the window was next to a quite noisy air exhaustion pipe."
