"The staff were very friendly, our accessible room was spotless, and the shower had a chair, not one of those fixed to the wall things! It felt very safe having a shower :: The only improvement would be to place a chair in one of the changing rooms by the sauna/steam room/gym, as getting showered and changed after having a steam/sauna was difficult!"

"Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. "Staff are really helpful. Its a trendy cool hotel. We got a great price so its competitive with the likes of Premier Inn but its nicer. We like it and have stayed several times. We park across the road which is a little pricey £20 a night. "
