"The staff were nice and accommodating. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. I booked as it was cheap and definitely got less than what I paid for. The room was musty, the floor was slimy (and very dirty), the pillows had hair on them, the sheets were ripped, the conditioner provided was 3/4 empty. Stains on literally everything. The loudest air conditioner I have ever heard and no curtains so the light was excessively bright all night. "

"It was convenient to be by the airport for departure day..my complaints are the drainage in the tub during shower you had sitting water and the water pressure was so light felt like you were in there for hours just trying to rinse off."

"When the hotel shuttle arrived at the airport the driver broke the handle on my carry on bag when placing my carry on bag into the shuttle. I took a photo later of the broken handle on my carry on bag. When I checked in at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 25, 2026 around 22:30 or so and asked for a wake up call in the morning the female person at reception desk informed me they do not do wake up calls. When I got to my room 202 and tried to call the front desk and dialed O nothing happened. On April 26, 2026 at 05:25 am when I wanted to checked out the male person was sleeping I had a hard time to wake the male person at the reception desk as I was banging on the glass window outside finally the male person woke up. I informed the male person I want to check out and returned the access card to my room. I should have taken a picture of this but I did not. I will not stay at this hotel in the further"

"Very minimal items in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For some reason the desk clerk came and knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we were going to check out at 11 or going to extend a day. Surely I hope he wasn’t waking everyone up just to ask that question. You would think if I was going to extend, I would have just walked down to the desk before checkout to let them know I needed to extend. "

"The room smells like mildew. The whole first floor smells like marijuana, it was terrible. I needed the computer in the business room but their printer didn’t work. The microwave in the unit didn’t work. The attendant told me that he would call me and wake me up for the morning shuttle to the airport and when I missed it, he told me that oh sorry I had other stuff to do, sorry I didn’t call you. And then the next shuttle would be available only in two hours so I had to take an Uber. Also in the bathrooms on the walls, there were a bunch of long black hair. It was disgusting. "

"We looked for the pool, it was dirty and didn’t run until the 5th day. The sprinkler system leaked 2nd floor, a few rooms down they smoked pot every night, I had a broken foot and the 5th and 6th day( our last day) the elevator was broken. The room had a broken toilet paper holder that was barely hanging on. The dresser had bent handles, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to look for another hotel, but we had a package deal and spent our budget. We would have had to use our extra spending money to go somewhere else. We decided to tough it out and stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay at another one of these hotels….."

"Parking was fine. Check in employee was very dry and not personable. Checkout employee was pleasant. There were finger nail clippings in the corner of our room and food crumbs under the air conditioner. "
