"We loved our stay, the rooms , lobby, pool area and barbeque area were well maintained and user friendly. We had our small dog and there was plenty of areas to walk her. The staff was extremely nice and friendly."

"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"The Carter House Inn is a replica of an historic Victorian building and has a quaint, cozy, welcoming feel. We enjoyed a free glass of wine with a delicious dinner (Carter House Inn salad of frisee, pear, kale, spiced pecans), mushroom tart with goat cheese, and poached sockeye salmon, grilled asparagus and delicious lemony hollandaise sauce. "When we checked in, the internet or their key card device wasn’t working. So it took a while for everyone to check in. The staff gave us gift cards to the nearby Dutch Bros to compensate us. So that was nice. The rooms have been renovated. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very new but it didn’t have a mattress cover. Luckily the mattress was newer and clean. Wish there was a microwave in the room. We stayed for two nights."

"rooms, towels and sheets were clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. ice maker was broken, workout room equipment needs some help- treadmill was stuck at an incline and the bikes were not easy to not able to be adjusted. breakfast was subpar, eggs were terrible (maybe it was just our luck that day) and less variety than you would think for a place like this, however they did have a make your own waffle option which is great for the kids. good enough for what you paid for overall though."

"Broken elevator and no help carrying luggage up stairs, musty smell, broken TV, had to change rooms after already unpacking. Moved to an even mustier room which was located next to the ice machine and elevator, it was so noisy it sounded like people were in our room, water in shower smelled so bad it was disgusting and water pooled unless dirty plug was taken completely out. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but this was crazy. We usually stay here when passing through but I think from...

"There are no humans on staff at the front desk. Front desk in manned via video with people with heavy accents and directions hard to understand."

"This worked well as a super last minute night after our previous plans fell through. The room was clean enough with a few stains on the pillows. Unfortunately it reeked of weed so we had to air it out. All in all very reasonable night all things considered"

"Room was nice and larger than many other places. The lobby smelled very smokey, being right next to the casino, but the room had no smell in it. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the thin walls. I could hear full conversation happening in the room next to mine, even though it seemed they were speaking at average volume."
