"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."

"Absolutely dirty. Nothing was cleaned. The bathroom was the worst. Mirror wasn't even clean. Floors squished out water because the fan didn't work. Since the exhaust fan didnt work there was a slimy film of dirt running down the walls as well. Mold growing on ceiling leaving me super sick. Holes in. The walls and doors. The bathroom window was taped together. The room smelled like moldy cigarette smoke. Bedding was dirty with burn holes. We went and got new blankets and sheets and pillows...

"The room was NOT as advertised. And not just mildly different, it was not even remotely comparable! It was dirty. The doors were taped shut. The curtains were wet and falling off the window. The sofa was filthy and falling apart. We asked for a refund and were denied so we just left."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"

"This was an amazing place to stay. For one the historical factor and the preservation of the home is unique and beautiful. It is in a great location and within walking distance to many museums and the italian district with other food options close by as well. The grounds are well kept. There is parking on site so that is a plus. Small bar and an outdoor patio area which is secluded and pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was way more than just your average continental breakfast and well prepared....

"From the moment we stepped on the property, EVERYONE was helpful!! We didn't want a room on the 1st floor and the manager moved us WITHOUT question. Room was clean. Property is close and walked to the Falls. Make sure to include 2 adult breakfasts during your online reservations. Good restaurants nearby. PARKING FREE and on the Property. The pools were really nice. One pool inside and out. The jacuzzi WAS AMAZING!!! MUST COME BACK to this hotel."

"Pool was just right for a 5 and 9 year old. Breakfast was good. Cinnamon waffles were a hit."

"Super 8 was okay. Our room smelled a little bad, but we sprayed some deodorizers around and it solved the problem. Otherwise it was fine. No breakfast was disappointing."
