"Clean, best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time only thing the hot tub was out of order but the pool was beautiful even had a little kiddo section. Overall I had a great relaxing weekend and will definitely would go again."

"Check in went ok. Agent was kind but hotel is run down and you could tell even at check in. Main elevator was down. Finally got Got to our room.... bed looked slept in, and black hairs all over the tub, floor and sink. Drains obviously didn't work so the water backed up with even more hair. Absoutely disgusting. We lowered our number of nights and promptly checked out. No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. We are still having issues getting anyone to reply and return our money....

"Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....

"We were very grateful for how the front desk handled a tricky situation and accommodated us for an early check-in to allow us to change our attire and attend a work meeting that we had at 3 PM. The room itself was well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was excellent. "Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

"Th you g lady working the desk was wonderful. But the first room I was given was … the worst thing I could imagine. The door lock was busted off, the smoke detector was detached and resting on the table with wires protruding from the walls. The bed sheets were covered in various bugs and hairs. There were lines of dust imprinted on the sheets, in the pattern of the mattress topper. I went to please ask for a refund and I would just keep driving down the road.
