"Tub was backed up switched rooms for that reason to have the next room do the same with no hot water. Toilet needed cleaning. Staff very short and not friendly. Will never stay nor will i recommend westspring inn."

"There was a slight issue in the beginning when we got there there was stuff left in my room, but the staff there was very helpful and nice and very quick to get rid of it and get everything resolved. They gave me a very late checkout and free breakfast buffet vouchers and anything else I needed during the rest of my stay they were quick to give me. we love this place We go here a lot during the winter to take the kids swimming. I would highly recommend it to anyone."
