Hotel dekat Huntington Reservation

"Breakfast was delish, new coffee machine was great addition. I have stayed here many times to visit my nephews and niece and rooms were pristine. Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Will be returning when I come back to Cleveland. "

"We didn’t eat breakfast or use the hot tub or pool. It is an older property. No charging stations on the lamps or tables so be sure to bring a block for chargers"

"The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. "

"We enjoyed staying here. The indoor pool and hot tub was great for the family. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh as the coffee was too. Would definitely stay again! "

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"I had two rooms for my stay. One room was alright. Nice for an older hotel. The other, the view out the window was a solid wall, inside lock on the door was broken, and no bathroom supplies in the shower. The ice machines were broken and they were not providing ice. (I think if the machines are down the hotel should supply ice from gas stations or the kitchen).. They leave the doors to the pool open all day so debris blows in and covers the pool with it. "Had a reunion in town and went to room afterwards. There was a light above the sink that needed replaced because it was flashing and the sink drain was blocked. Other than that, it appeared to be comfortable. Went the next morning to the front desk to inform of the issues and waited for 15 minutes for the guy to get off his phone (which he didn't) and then another person showed up and informed her of the issues with the room. If housekeeping had been in that room that day, they would have known...

"I had the worst experience. The first room was completely dirty, and when we asked to switch, the second one was just as bad or worse. The person at the front desk didn’t care at all; they were very arrogant and unprofessional. We paid $100 per night plus a deposit, and on top of that, the deposit takes 5 days to be refunded. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom too—everything was in poor condition. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Pool closed , elevator broken, tv in gym don’t work, breakfast that I paid for was horrible and not edible .. it’s not the staffs fault.. it is poorly managed and Corperate doesn’t seem to care about the property"

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well."

"Room was dirty like it wasnt even cleaned and smelled like urine. The hall way had the lights hanging down from the wires down the hall ways. The receptionist asked me to take out my own trash every day. They were not very friendly and took more time talking to each other extending the time it took to check in. The parking lot is terrible and most of the hotel is like someone stopped in renovating it. "
