"If there was a higher rating above a 10,I would have gave it. My room was spotless clean. The room was so nice and up to date. Every was so nice and helpful, they made sure they answered my questions and that I had what I needed to be comfortable. I will definitely be back."

"Beautiful beachside lofts, very clean, loved the pool, nice kitchen that we used to make breakfast. Their was pool toys, chairs, and wagons you could use which was perfect for our son. We used the wagon to carry everything onto the beach in 5 minutes. The pool was also a very nice touch. Matt the owner was extremely helpful and puts alot of good energy into the great place."

"We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10%...

"The staff was friendly but they don’t clean the rooms daily and at one point we had to 3 times to have someone clean our rooms daily and get towels the beach was great. Staff were great but I think if manager does not tell someone to do something they don’t look at their communication devices where they message staff"

"This will be my last visit beach suits washer dryer broken for months ten minutes for hot water in restrooms the two avail beach are broken grill doesn't work vomit on sidewalk not cleaned up for 3 days possible still there we checked out and left it was still there people smoking weed at the pool and on patio not a single employee available for entirety if stay few towels available no parking on weekend around property"

"We love the Crystal Bay Hotel! This was our second time staying in this charming & historic B&B. We have stayed in the porch accessible rooms both times and enjoy sitting out there on the rocking chairs in the evenings. We had a nice welcoming gift bag waiting for us when we arrived.
