"The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Fresh omlet station was a big hit. It’s a very large hotel so keep that in mind. But there’s parking and it’s very conveniently located. I would def recommend it!"

"The room was a good size & very clean. It offered everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was good but choices were limited. The reception staff were friendly but were not visible on entry due to the position & height of the reception desk & this unfortunately gave a feeling of ‘being ignored’. The air con was good."

"The front desk staff was hit or miss - One staff member female was particularly 'ornery' She just could not be bothered. And in fact enve though rooms were ready - we arrived at 11 and check in was 3PM. Was going to have us wait...she 'reluctantly' agreed to do so. Never a smile or a ny type of welcome...we so sorry to annoy her with our presence! There is a 'costumed' doorman outside the hotel in the evening. He wears a n oversized top hat and bright cloak. "No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Yes, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the cafe/lobby was available and comfortable, but the hotel was also close to tram stops to take us around the city and was also within walking distance to the river to stroll up to the Charles Bridge. And who doesn't enjoy a floating piece of art outside their hotel?"

"Great hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. Air con and normal room amenities. Fridge needed attention (reported to reception when leaving) as wasn't that cold, and minibar items (unused) were not cheap. In-room coffee and tea items were replenished daily. Plenty of European plug points where needed in the room. A short walk from the tourist areas, but worth it for the quiet and the comfort. Superb restaurant next door with amazing food. Great breakfast spreads. Yes I would definitely stay...
