"Parking was terrible and cramped because it’s valet only so you have to leave your car for them to take .
Took forever for them to get our cars .
You can only get water in the lobby . But there’s Ice machines on every floor which makes no sense .
No vending machines other than the lobby .
The pool could be upgraded because why is the hotel so expensive and the pools ancient? Idk the room was clean but otherwise everything else was okay but not spectacular."

"Harborside Boutique Inn was a no-frills stay for us. Small room, relatively clean but the very small loveseat/couch appeared dirty or worn, so it just held our luggage. Bathroom was clean, shower had plenty of hot water. Our room (209) was very quiet and the a/c was adequate. Beds was firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were comfy. We spent most of our time exploring, so it was well-located for walking to The T, trolley tours, Quincy Market and the Harbor."

"Very spacious rooms with a great view of the city. Staff and room service is excellent and highly efficient.
Downtown attractions are close by at a 10-12 mins drive.
Breakfast is mediocre. Not too many options and they do not bring refills of everything.
The only suggestion is to have exhaust fans added to the restrooms
Overall, excellent place to stay with families and friends
Highly recommended"

"Great hotel. Perfect location by the airport. My bedroom had a beautiful view of the Boston skyline and was very big. Bed super comfortable. 24/7 shuttle is a great amenity. Drivers were super helpful and nice.
Only negative is customer service (or lack of) from some employees at the reception and dining place. Seemed like I was bothering them when I was asking a question. One waitress at the dining place was very rude!
All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and will be back if I happen to...
