"We had a long weekend of 3 nights in a junior suite. Our room was of a good size but the sofa was beyond its sell by date. It had lost its sprung seating & was extremely low.
Having spoken to Stephen the G Manager who assured us new units were on order.
We had already asked our cleaner who sorted some large square cushions to raise the seats. We went to a tribute evening with meal as well as the Sunday Carvery that was excellent too. Our suite had a sea view as the hotel is on the promenade....
"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom.
Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together).
Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."
"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful"
