"There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !"

"Very clean and beautiful artwork, friendly I was surprised in the morning with valet parking with them overnight cane surprise charge if my Tesla , which is wonderful"

"We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!"

"Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive,...

"The facilities are great, clean, the entire facility smelled clean and fresh. The bed linens were very nice. Great location and wonderful place to stay."

"Property looks very nice. The common spaces are very nice. We were unable to use Valet parking as it was full. Parking there is a parking ramp about 2 blocks away. The room was small. The room temperature was warm for out liking, I assume the thermostat is a dummy one, it definitely wasn’t 65. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable according to my 14 year old, who never has complained about them in the past. The other bed was ok, but I woke up with bites on my arms and legs clustered in a line...

"While it was basically a nice experience there was little to no quick prepackaged breakfast options for people with a tree nut/peanut allergy. But they were very accommodating as its was my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day. Would go back as this was a “staycation” for us."

"Loved everything about it! The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff were very helpful, everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the free tour and all of the history. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth it. We would love to come back!"

"I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons."

"Security of property. Parking garage and outside area is extremely well lit. Walking to and from the nearby Mercury Ballroom for a show felt very safe."

"The property was clean but my bed linen was dirty. I believe it was just a stain that didn’t come out in the laundry but I think they should get rid of those. They did changed it though. I stayed several days and I don’t believe they changed the linen everyday nor did they clean the bathroom. So the hotel and room was nice but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job."
