"There is no person to check you in, you must do it on line in the lobby and video with someone off property to try to get through the process of checking in and finding out your room entry code. I will never stay in a place again that does not use humans to man the property and properly check you in. The room was nice and well equipped and comfortable, but it took 30+ minutes to check in.
