"I left my jewelry their called next day neither maid or head of maid staff both did not come in to work . When called office Said thy would call us back never did called them back and staff snapped and said she would call management and she had our number and would call back befor the end of day , had to call corporate and make police report."

"If you're older or have trouble walking a mile to your room with your luggage, don't stay here. I checked in and then left the next morning to a better place. They were not helpful at all."

"I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes."
