She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. "The staff went above and beyond to help me, even though the language barrier between me and the staff was high, it was easy to navigate through my translator, they were very patient and friendly. The facility was very clean and peaceful, I would recommend doing day activities, like snorkeling and SUP in the island and then using their onsite sauna. I would recommend this hotel. "
