"I really liked this hotel. I usually stay in luxury boutique hotels, I knew this wasn’t one, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The lobby was so trendy. Love the pool table. My room was neat and clean. I had the extra extra large family room and it was spacious with two bathrooms, two bedrooms.
With that, two things they need improvement. The bathrooms are very dated. The shower isn’t very refreshing. For a room that cost me 1200 a night, those rooms at a minimum should have a better bathroom.
The AC wasn’t very cool and it wasn’t overly warm out. It wasn’t hot, but I would have preferred it cooler in my room."

"Location location location! Everything was walkable.
We were able to get the room early which was amazing after our long flight and feeling the jet lag. The hotel and room was super nice, our bathroom was kind of tiny. The breakfast was a big highlight."

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions.
Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable.
Would definitely stay again."
