"We had such an amazing stay at Asakusa Kaede Hotel! The hotel was very clean and comfortable (stayed in the family suite), and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also really good and a great way to start the day. The location was perfect — just a short walk from Asakusa Station and only a few minutes from Senso-ji Temple. It’s also very close to the covered shopping street, Nakamise Shopping Street, with so many little shops and restaurants...

"An excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. We had a twin bed room - wasn’t too small. Pyjamas included! Don’t miss out on the roof terrace - fantastic views especially over the temple and especially at night. Perfect for a lunch picnic or take a drink up there in the evening. "

"The experience was wonderful and that's in large part because of the staff. My wife and I (from the USA) deeply appreciated the breakdown we received from reception, asking us kindly to observe Japanese norms such as taking off shoes and putting them in a shoe locker (yes, we walked around the hotel in socks and it was just fine!). Their hot springs was a huge plus. It was included and we used it every night. It does take some adjusting to get used to using a public space in that way (please...

"The property location is great! Easy access to the trains and lots of options close by for food and entertainment. The room was modern & clean although a bit small (as are most Japanese hotels). I shared this room with my 14 year old daughter and it was tight with our suitcases opened & purchases laid out. The beds are quite firm as well. The location & friendly staff were a big bonus though & I’d recommend this hotel in the future. "

"The room was as described. Cleanliness could have been better as I found an expensive Garmin watch on the shelf, and some elastic ties on the floor. Staff was incredibly kind and professional."

"We loved staying in Asakusa as it was quieter and this hotel/apartment were a block from the river where I could pick up my morning coffee from Tully’s. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had bowls and some plates, a pot and a frying pan. The beds are double beds so our boys slept in the “meditation” room. Close to the Senso-ji temple and transit. A great place to stay!"
