"Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area. "The address and map given by Expedia led us to the wrong location at first but we eventually found it via a Google search. The property was clean, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sinso-ji Temple. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again."

"There were three bedrooms in the apartment which was fantastic for the family. We all had quality sleeps. The location was great as it was a quiet street in a popular tourist attraction area in Tokyo. Walking distance from Senso-ji, Thunder Gate, and the Nakamise /仲見世通 shopping street. However, avoid catching a cab from the airport if you can as 40 minute drive was very costly. Next time we visit Japan and stay at the apartel, we will catch the monorail to get to Asakusa, then catch a Uber. The...

Zum Frühstück gab es immer einen leckeren Smoothie und die Auswahl der Gerichte war ebenfalls ausreichend und ausgesprochen lecker. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage hat problemlos funktioniert und die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten waren gegeben. Sowohl der Senso-ji (Asakusa-Schrein) als auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Souvenirläden sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. "
