"We visited Cheltenham with our 18 month old to go to a wedding. The building is a beautiful period property but there isn’t a lift, so request a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage! Room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the park. "

"Fantastic location for town access and all that Cheltenham has to offer. Even though 1B is quite small it has everything needed for a short stay and is comfortable and very clean. Great communications too. Would recommend to others wanting easy access to Cheltenham town."

"Parking was flexible. I have a high top vehicle so could not get into underground car park so was directed to park at rear of the hotel."

"Excellent hotel Well located Great breakfast and evening meals Good communal lounge areas Quirky specious room (double) Only downside was that we found the room very warm,(we had a couple of warm April days) there was a fan it didn’t really cool the room, just glad it wasn’t peak Summer. Limited parking onsite 4 spaces, but enough on street parking so no issue. Enjoyable stay overall."

"First room over looked aircon units and smelt damp so changed rooms. Asked for firmer pillows and was offered bath towels instead. Finally got it right. Breakfast was great. Good choice and hot. Toaster as always one side brown the other near burnt. Bar staff excellent, fast service and friendly. The main dining room is another story. Asked if they had a table as we hadn't booked and was left waiting for 10 minutes. Left with no response so pretty poor. Ordered room service but so far down the...

"Very understaffed - staff that are employed are expected to do everyone’s job "

"Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "
