"We enjoy staying at this hotel for the annual Capital City Comic Con. This year, we had a room with a view of the river and watched a fireworks show, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend this hotel to other cosplayers."

"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"Room was not stocked with toiletries and had to go down to the counter to get the rest of the toiletries. Bathroom looked like it had been remodeled but not done well."

"Clean and nice experience"

"The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!"

"Multiple Room keys were given to occupied rooms and door would not lock. Rooms were nice."

"Room was not very clean. Dust everywhere even on back of toilet. Some strange substance on walls we cleaned off with Clorox wipes. Also had to ask for clean sheets as the sheets in one of the beds were dirty. Pool was also cloudy and dirty."

"The hotel was dirty. I booked 8 months ahead of time for son’s graduation. I got there they said they didn’t have a room for me. After a while I was told they got me a room but the next day I’d have to move rooms but they’d have to find one. I’d never stay again."

"Room was clean, but bathroom could use more attention. Dirty washcloth fell from shower curtain when I closed it. Hair on toilet as well. Overall, good stay. Staff was very nice!!!"

"Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels of this caliber provide a mini fridge, and it would have been useful for beverages and snacks."

"Shawn at the front desk was amazing! He was so accommodating and went above and beyond for all guests! Staffing wasn’t ideal, and you could tell that they were understaffed. Breakfast was served every morning at 6 AM. The kids had a blast at the pool area. Now, as far as the room goes. They were clean, but due to the high volume of guests and inadequate staffing it was hard to keep up with towels & wash clothes."
