"Everything was a cozy experience"

"This was a clean, friendly hotel- staff appeared mature (as in older), uber-polite and gracious. I rated 3 stars as there was no extra blanket in our room, about a half-roll of toilet paper (no new roll…but there was Kleenex), no wash cloths (but lots of towels), no water bottles for AM coffee in the Kuerig… We checked in very late, exhausted. We did not call for these items to be brought to our room."

"There were no dog waste containers or trash cans on the property to throw dog waste away! We had to go into the pool area and use the trash cans in there to throw away our dogs waste!"

"It was clean. AC works well but the plastic button to push ON was missing. I had to put my finger in the open hole and hope for the best. Unfortunately there was also no shampoo in the bathroom. There were 2 bottles of body wash, 3 bottles of body cream, 2 conditioners but no shampoo. I found this out at 4am when I had to wash my hair before I go to the airport. Other than that, the price was good and the room is spacious."

"Overall the property is well maintained. The bathrooms could use some rehabbing as my sink faucet was a bit jiggly and the tub could have used a true deep clean. Not over the top finishes but clean. No laundry on site. Pool was nice, though there were only two lay down lounge chairs which were claimed when I went. The area is close to the convention centers and Disney. Was fairly quiet most of the time. Parking on site is basically required as I wouldn’t feel comfortable trying to find street...

"We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. "

"Room was clean but there was no other facilities inside room. Even bathroom was not well maintained. Washbasin was in an open room and it was releasing bad gas from gutters. For what I charged it was not worth. I must say staff was friendly and helpful."
