"The property was close enough to Knott’s Berry Farm that you could walk back and forth throughout the day if needed. The hotel was very quiet and the pool area was very spacious. Loved the late check out time too. The only thing I want to mention is that if you booked through a third party, you pay twenty five dollars a night for parking at the hotel (which I think is pretty steep) because it is not included with your hotel room fees. "We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. "

"Everything was fine except the bedding looked like it had been washed from the last people. And cigarette burn holes all over both blankets on both beds."

"Air conditioning was good. Rooms are a bit run down but it’s a good place for a 1 night stay. There is a $20 dollar deposit fee and it’s only cash. "
