"Second time staying here. This is a no frills motel however which has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a lot of charm and care put into it. Great budget option for the area which has become increasingly expensive over the last decade It’s a funky desert roadside motel which I personally love to find and just like budget options are dwindling in the area, so are places that are unique with charm. Room was pretty clean and comfortable for my son and I. Would absolutely stay again! "

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"Everything was great except the pillows. Bring your own or be okay with mildew smell all night. Clean your remote with alcohol, it's gross too. They do have full size refrigerators and the hotel is located next to a grocery store which is super convenient."

"This was the perfect affordable place to sleep before an early morning of getting back on the road. We grabbed dinner at the local diner and coffee nearby in the morning. Quiet town and a safe comfortable place to stay. "

"Field Station has a different feel than most motels. We liked the check-in area, which was also a place to hang out, have a coffee, get a snack or use the microwave to warm something up. There was one outside area with chairs and a fire pit, and another with a pool and jacuzzi - nice places to gather and relax. Staff was very nice, rooms were spacious and clean."
