"Room was dirty, hair in the bed where the sheets weren’t changed. Stayed 9 days total with no room service. Complained 2 different days and still came. Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. This place is not available 24/7 "

"This is our fav hotel when we go to east lansing. Clean, comfortable bed, well maintain, easy parking. Good breakfast esp the coffee!"

"Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them."

"Waited over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk and then when we got to our room it was a mess! Hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest- definitely staffing issues- contacted the manager a few days later and was not pleased with her response "

"The information showed a pool but it was removed a few years ago. Parking for in/ot was $20 information showed $15."
