"By far this resort has the best staff ever, consistent in almost every department. Did not have much interaction with housekeeping but front desk staff, spa director, restaurant staff and so on just delightful.... Thank you for a relaxing weekend and great food and entertainment! Love Mick Jagger Cover and was an additional surprise to my stay. Rooms were well cooled and clean, the overall appearance of the property is a bit run down and I loved that fact....because the beds were comfortable,...

"The room was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was decent. Me and my family stayed two nights, and we loved they have 24 hours coffee machine! ✨the gym room was clean and well maintained. 🏋 The only thing i would address is that the AC were a bit loud, i had to use earplugs for bed. The AC had an odor maybe needs to replace filter."

"Dirty bed sheets, floor needs a good mop. Towels and bed sheets had other human hair. Toilet gets plugged easily. Zero privacy your trailer is 6-8 feet from your neighbors. Zero privacy if you have an outside tub/ recommend wood fence for more privacy. Bed needs to be lower. A/c unit needs to be on the side and not on top of the bed. Worst of all our unit door lock stopped working from outside. We couldn’t lock the door when we left the unit for outside activity or leaving the site. We left...

"This is an ok place to stay at and experience Indio. For the price it's not that bad and breakfast is included so long as you get there before 9:00. We had an issue and they handled it."
