"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. "Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Whent to the bar ,the bar manager had gone home , at to bring my own beer from my min bar. To watch the football the TV in my room did not work it was a bit like Forty towers ."

"Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!"

"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London.
