"The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!"

"Plenty of parking available, the staff were friendly and helpful. The actual accommodation is very tired and dated. The sink in the bathroom was totally cracked and in my opinion could be dangerous."

"The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!"

"Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels....

"Very hot weather at the moment, room could do with A/C, but fan provided was adequate, room was really clean and modern, staff were helpful . Only moan was car parking, it isn’t owned by the pub, you have get a ticket or app the book your car in, but the most you can do is three and a half hours, so if staying from 1830 the car park is £1.70 until 05:00, but you cannot update on the app until your parking expires , very stressful, that needs to be looked at by MIpermits who work on behalf of...

"The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

"Good and Bad….The GOOD WAS staff were very nice and the location for us perfect,the breakfast excellent. The BAD… The BAD it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in a hotel anywhere. We could barely fit in and we are not big people. There was nowhere to hang a towel shelf or ledge in the shower to put any soap or shampoo on. Nowhere to put our case on to unpack and most of all no aircon on what were the hottest few days of the year. There was a Fan which helped a little. But the size of the room...
