"This hotel has recently reopened after a long closure and, as a result, is suffering a few teething problems. However, the staff are wonderful. They were helpful whenever we requested anything, extremely welcoming and very friendly.
The teething issues meant we had to request a few things for our room such as bins!
However, this would not put us off staying again. And the fact that the staff were trying so hard to please guests is a huge point in its favour."
