Hotel dekat Mary Arden's Farm

"Nice hotel, great location & a comfy room. Only three stars as I had to wait four hours for my room to become available & the poached eggs at breakfast were just about raw."

"Great location, lovely comfy room."

"Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast."

"Beautiful property, excellent location. Reception staff seemed put out to check-in (not only us but we saw same unfriendly, unhelpful attitude towards others). A smile and be more engaging would have made us feel welcomed. Dining room servers pleasant and accommodating."

"Although in an older building, it is obvious the owners have made an effort to keep the rooms updated. Well decorated and appointed large room with large en suite. bath. Friendly service at check-in and at breakfast."

"There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

"Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary"

"Great location close to Stratford marina and the town centre. Plenty of parking. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean."

"Excellent central location. Very nice hotel. Food excellent. Would definately return👍"

"Not stopped in a YHA before but this was lovely. 3 bedded room to ourselves with private bathroom. Lovely old building with very helpful staff. Very close to everything in Stratford upon Avon would definitely stop again when visiting our friends in Tiddington. If you're a first timer like us please be aware.. no towels, TV or drink facilities in the room."

"Had a pleasant overnight stay in Stratford. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very short walk to everything to see in Stratford. Had a couple of minor issues in our room that the helpful staff fixed up right away. Couldn't ask for more. Comfy bed and hearty breakfast. Good value all round"

"We stayed for two nights and had a pretty good stay. On arrival we were given a room that on the face of it seemed good. However when I check on the booking we had paid for a junior deluxe room and the photos showed a very much better room. We went back to the reception and after some checking were taken to the room we should have had, whet a difference! We got there in the end but were disappointed that we had to challenge to get the room we had actually booked. Otherwise nice stay but a little...

"Stayed in a "standard room" / King bed. Overall, the two-day stay was underwhelming,. On arrival, first room actually smelled hot. I first assumed something was wrong with the HVAC (there was), but I learned that the facility heats with radiators, and no, air conditioners don't work. After returning to the room with instructions to try turning down the radiator, I discovered there was no handle on the radiator valve. After I made a second trip to the front desk, they gave me a different room,...

"Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. On arrival, the staff came across as somewhat unwelcoming. At check-in, I wasn’t shown to my room and was simply pointed in the general direction. When I subsequently discovered an issue with the room and raised it, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing staff by bringing it to their attention. To their credit, the issue was eventually resolved, but the initial response left a poor...
