"This is a lovely property, clean, easy to park and conveniently located next to many dining and shopping options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. It met our needs very well for a one night stop in Rochester but would def stay longer."

"Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. "Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."
