"The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied. "The pools weren't open yet, it just hasn't been warm enough but we were hoping to at least enjoy the hot tub but when we got there they had some construction and something went wrong with it so it wasn't working. I wasn't expecting sound proof by any means but the walls are VERY thin and you hear EVERYTHING!! And the room temperature kept going up and down all night, weird but not unbearable."

"I was really disappointed with my stay at Bayshore Resorts. From the start, the room felt incomplete, no clock, no phone, not even a pen and pad. The balcony was dirty, mirrors grimy, and no washcloths in the bathroom. And when you say ‘resort,’ you expect some basics, like a coffee maker or lite breakfast. There weren’t any. To top it off, the elevator was out, so we had to drag ourselves up three flights. The hallways were disgusting! spiderwebs, dust, zero care. And the swimming pool was out...

"Nice area with a short walk or shuttle to park. Cabin was cozy but does need a good keep cleaning. Would love to come Back. "

"Do not stay here. We will not be returning. We booked two rooms. The heat did not work in one room and the heat in the other room made a loud clunking noise when running. The water was not hot. There were two dirty washcloths on the shower curtain rod leftover from the previous guests. Very sparse breakfast with no gluten free options. Refrigerator was not turned on or did not work so items placed inside were not kept cold. No elevator. "

"Great place to stay"

"The property was cute and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved everything about it except the loud music that played until close to 1 am. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. Our room was in the second floor so we are not sure if it was the rooftop bar or the venue across the street."
