"The property looks like a five star hotel but unfortunately it is not. It is understaffed, staff are not always helpful…(some staff are excellent but clearly too far stretched) whilst others are poor.A leaking shower base meant my trousers got wet, instead of offering to sort them (as I would expect for a conde Nast hotel) I was told to dry them with a hairdryer. No turn down service, and we were offered a free drink to compensate, asked for baileys - but there was a huge problem with that and...

We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. "Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
